Aileen Cox Blundell is a busy working mother of three children. An advocate for the method of Baby-Led Feeding, she also cooks and creates her own healthy, sugar free, nutritious recipes. The philosophy behind Baby-Led Feeding is that cooking and eating both should be delicious and fun. With healthy, nutritious baby food recipes in bite sized meals that babies can feed themselves, it creates a positive relationship with food, right from the very start.

With a growth of thousands of followers on social media virtually overnight and with the ultimate ambition to publish a book, Aileen approached us to run a two-month long PR campaign.
